AERPRO PARTNERING WITH HEMA MAPS TO OFFER AN IN-DASH SOLUTION FOR ON & OFF-ROAD NAVIGATION

Aerpro and Hema Maps have today announced a partnership to offer an in-dash solution for on & off-road navigation.

Aerpro, a leading brand in automotive accessories have developed a range of Headunit Upgrade Kits that bring the latest in-car technology (including the features of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto) to a large variety of makes and models (currently 43 variations offered).

In conjunction, Aerpro has also released the AMHXD3 Hema Maps Navigation Module which seamlessly integrates On-Road and Off-Road Navigation onto the head unit display of the vehicle. Optimised for the Aerpro Multimedia Receivers and compatible with various aftermarket head units, the AMHXD3 is powered by HemaX Digital software that simply connects via the USB port. 

The Navigation Module includes turn by turn street navigation provided by HERE Technologies and Hema Maps’ award winning off road navigation and track information. Hema Maps provides the most comprehensive on and off-road content including over 100,000 Hema-X moderated listings with over 40,000 Hema Maps verified points of interests (POI’s) including 4WD tracks, campsites, caravan parks and other touring points of interest.

The Headunit Upgrade Kits are a true ‘Plug and play’ solution in that they come supplied with a large screen Multimedia Receiver Headunit and all the parts required to complete the installation including; a vehicle specific facia kit, wiring harness and mounting hardware. The kits also retain important vehicle features such as steering wheel controls, USB ports, factory amplifiers and factory reverse cameras (if equipped).
