I only received the pre-paid envelope on Wed 29th Jan & packaged my HX2 straight away. I was informed by Aust Post yesterday (3rd Feb) that it was delivered that morning in Braeside Vic. @ 08:24.
I don’t understand why the pre-paid envelope would be sent from Victoria when I live in Central Queensland. Surely Eight Plains would have been more logical point of dispatch and receivable?? When does the one to two weeks turn around commence from? Date of purchase or date it is received at your facility? As you state in this email requesting that I submit a review, “We fulfilled your order from our store Hema Maps Online Shop 14 days ago and would love your feedback.” “What do you think about Hema Nav Software - Premium Software Pack?” Truthfully, I can’t because I am to be able to try it out suspect that I willl not have the opportunity to for another 2 to 3 weeks. Order # 94640 - Ticket # 19288171879.
I also note in the email I received at 08:56 on 21st Jan 2025 confirming the receipt of my ticket, that if the matter is urgent call our tech support team directly for faster assistance at 07 3340 0000. Unfortunately on each the 3 consecutive days that tried to make phone contact no members of your tech support team were available.

If it wasn’t for the incompetence of the updates previously, I wouldn’t need this. Next time HEMA, how about you put out a fix that doesn’t require people to spend money. It was your stuff up, so should be your responsibility

I purchased this for my son who lives in Japan. He is bringing his family over for a holiday in July & had requested this rather large book..hopefully it fits in my suitcase!!

I would like to answer your query and write a review about the software upgrade . However GPS which you presumably upgraded has not been returned to my address.

Hi, my name is Ingrid Woodman and I recently bought a Little Explorer Scratch Off Map for my grandson. The map came in good time and seemed to be well protected. I wrapped it up and presented it to him on his birthday. I was there when his mother and him carefully unwrapped it, and he loved it. Unfortunately 1 corner of the map was damaged as shown in the picture. This was really disappointing. We are sure it did not occur in the process of unwrapping as I got his mother to do it with him carefully. I am hoping that you will be able to replace it.

A terrific map with all you need to know to give confidence to take a road less travelled too.
The one other reviewer gave 1 star and said the map was great.
What is so hard to understand about 5 stars being great, 1 being abysmal??? SMH

Once again a great publication. Well worth the money. The only thing I would suggest is to include a section for people travelling with their dogs.

We have these beautiful maps laid out on our table and the details provided on them are perfect for planning our upcoming trip to both the North and South Islands. We leave in three weeks and should be well prepared! Love them!
