Just what we wanted

We are planning a caravan trip to Victoria so this map is just what we wanted to plan where to go and where to stay.

Map delivery

We placed an order for 2 maps over 2 and a half weeks ago and after speaking to you guys on 3 occasions we finally received ours in the mail. We were hoping to have it earlier so we could get to do some homework on our trip away. Very frustrating

Two weeks ago bought Hema Maps for NSW; Victoria & QLD. The asked for a comment on the NSW edition. Good. So good I was about to place an order for a further set of three - NSW; Victoria & QLD. Only to find NSW is 'Sold Out". Any idea when NSW will be back in and I will purchase the 3 then. Please advise.

Didn’t arrive, Hema didn’t reply

I’m still waiting! Apparently it needed a signature on delivery. We live in a rural area and always when we have the option, say ‘leave at gate’ unfortunately it was taken back to the post office. When i went to collect it a few days later they had mistakenly given it to someone else. After 10 days I’m still waiting for them to return it to the post office. I’m off in the caravan tomorrow. I emailed HEMA last week. But no reply.
