Customer Service Policy

Hema Maps endeavours to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and/or clearly show the stock availability and that the pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund Policy

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you consider your goods faulty, please contact our Sales Support Team within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods. Where an item is deemed faulty we will replace and ship it at our cost.

Security Policy

When purchasing from Hema Maps your financial details are securely passed through to Paypal and Westpac using Comodo SHA-256 SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. Hema Maps does not receive nor store your credit card details.
