Hi, my name is Ingrid Woodman and I recently bought a Little Explorer Scratch Off Map for my grandson. The map came in good time and seemed to be well protected. I wrapped it up and presented it to him on his birthday. I was there when his mother and him carefully unwrapped it, and he loved it. Unfortunately 1 corner of the map was damaged as shown in the picture. This was really disappointing. We are sure it did not occur in the process of unwrapping as I got his mother to do it with him carefully. I am hoping that you will be able to replace it.
