Where's my map?

I ordered an enlarged map of Australia as a Christmas gift for a friend and included in the offer was a free gift. I received an email from HEMA stating that the map had been delivered but, upon contacting my friend for confirmation, I found that only the free gift had been delivered. I contacted HEMA and a staff member assured me that the map would be delivered to my friend by Christmas but, as of 3 January, nothing has happened. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!
