Dodgy !!!

I purchased the app in 2021. Same thing , one-off purchase , now wants to charge me $99. Lost all of my data saved ! Can’t see any difference in this new platform compared to the one I was using ! No justification as to why we need to pay again, and what’s worse , it’s double the price ! Not going to risk the same thing happening again in a year or two!!!!

Hema lost credibilty and data

I purchased the Explorer app 10 years ago and saved a heap of trip data which I could wiew online as well as the app. The data seems now to be lost.

Already purchased but won't let access NOT ONE OFF

Purchased the app back in 2016 ....NOT LIFTIME support. Won't let me down load it again.
NOT PAYING $99 again. Rip-off!!
False advertising.

It's not a one-off price!

I bought Hema Explorer in 2017 but sadly it's not supported anymore. At the time of buying there was nothing in the description, stating its for some time available only. It's quite disappointing that HEMA isn't offering a discount for long-term users... this is the minimum I could expect.
