HX2 cant update , told need to send back

Disappointing product experience – would not recommend

Required updates can only be done by sending the unit back to Hema, which is incredibly inconvenient—especially when you need the device ready to go.

This design choice shows a lack of user focus and practicality.

I’ve now decided to switch to Garmin instead.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend any of Hema’s products.

I can’t comment at this time. I returned my HX2 unit to you two weeks ago as it wouldn’t update anything and I have not received unit back or even heard back. I am hopeful it will be great.
