Damaged map and no reply from Hema

$45 sticker map of Australia + 10 delivery, received damaged and creased, tried to contact Hema more than a dozen times and each phone call gets automatically disconnected after selecting the department you wish to speak to……so do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere!!!! Never again and definitely not recommend!

Didn’t arrive, Hema didn’t reply

I’m still waiting! Apparently it needed a signature on delivery. We live in a rural area and always when we have the option, say ‘leave at gate’ unfortunately it was taken back to the post office. When i went to collect it a few days later they had mistakenly given it to someone else. After 10 days I’m still waiting for them to return it to the post office. I’m off in the caravan tomorrow. I emailed HEMA last week. But no reply.
