Hema x-1 charger replacement

I replaced the charger cable to my hema hx-1 in hoping that it was the issue with my unit not charging. The charger works ok, but I am now trying to find someone to replace the battery inside, buying the battery from Hema is not a problem but I have only found one place to replace the battery and that's in Perth W.A. but I don't feal comfortable in sending it that far from Western Victoria.
