Western Australia covers the western section of Australia and is home to the capital city of Perth. This is also the largest state in the country, spanning more than 2 million square kilometres.
Some of the must-sees in this state include the Pinnacles and Bungle Bungle Range rock formations. Those searching for adventure along the coast will find it in areas like Shark Bay, Rowley Shoals and the Abrolhos Islands. Along the coast, visitors can enjoy a Mediterranean climate and is an extremely bio-diverse area. Temperatures have been known to reach above 50 degrees Celsius in the more remote parts of the state.
