Hema Maps’ new product: Central Coast Queensland Map
Hema Maps, Australia’s leading publisher of trusted and verified maps, is excited to announce the release of its latest product, the Central Coast Queensland Map (1:550,000). This first edition map covers the Central Coast of Queensland, extending from just south of Bundaberg up to Ingham in the north and reaching as far west as Clermont.
This map is a must-have for tourers seeking the breathtaking coastal scenery of the Queensland central coast, which is ideal for 4WD adventures.
The two-sided regional map folds into a handy size (700mm x 1000mm) making it a perfect companion for road trips. The front side of the map spans from Mackay in the south to Ingham in the north, encompassing Bowen, Ayr, Townsville and Ingham along the coastline while extending well past Charters Towers to the west. On the reverse side, the map covers the area from Bundaberg in the south to Carmila in the north, featuring locations such as Gladstone, Yeppoon, Marlborough along the coast and Emerald in the west.
Other key features of the map include marked camping areas, caravan parks, fuel stations, national parks and other points of interest — providing you useful information for planning a memorable road trip.
On the release of this new map, Hema Maps general manager Matthew O’Meara commented, “On our 40th anniversary, Hema Maps is really excited to be adding this new Central Coast Queensland Map to its extensive maps collection. The Whitsundays region is one of the most beautiful spots in the world and a mecca for both international and local travellers.
